Mike Barr, a family man who is supported by Debbie, his wife of  25 years, and his two daughters, grew up on a ranch learning early the importance of honest hard work. For the last 30 years, Mike has been drilling, grading and excavating in the dirt. In the last 20 years Mike has specialized in land development where the terrain is steep and rocky. As a part of the earthmoving operations, Mike has extensive training and field experience involving Hazardous Materials Operations and Removal.

Mike took all of that experience and founded Barr Excavating in 2008 with a simple goal in mind  - to provide his customers with the highest level of professional workmanship and to grow his company with a commitment to success based on quality, safety and outstanding customer service. Mike is dedicated to building long term relationships with private and commercial customers through his total focus on a level of customer support that is unmatched in his industry.
